attentive staff warm towels small room missing milk
The staff were very attentive to our needs. the room amenities were well-stocked, and the bathroom was beautiful with warm towels.
I found the room to be a bit small for the price. There wasn't much space to move around. also, there was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee, even though it was quickly provided upon request.

thoughtful design cute staff convenient location perfect attention
i admired the thoughtful design evident throughout the hotel. the staff were genuinely cute and always ready to assist. the location was fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. i particularly valued the perfect attention to detail, such as organized cables and good surprise gifts.
i noticed that soundproofing could be improved, as some external noise was audible (particularly during peak hours).

The superior room featured a comfortable bed with luxurious bedding, alongside warm towels in the beautiful bathroom. attention was given to the effective use of space. The details created a luxurious atmosphere (i especially liked the shower!).

the hotel features a cafe and the 'dear jackie' restaurant, though i only had time to visit the cafe. the food was delicious. i would like to try 'dear jackie' on my next visit.

the hotel offered a rooftop bar with a amazing deck, alongside a private, intimate lounge. i found the environment to be very cozy, upgraded with original artwork and stylish décor throughout the premises. the bar offered extraordinary views.

great atmosphere fabulous night friendly staff delicious food
I loved the attention to detail everywhere in this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful. They managed to book us a spot on the flute terrace. i especially enjoyed the delicious food and great atmosphere at dear jessica. the cocktails on the roof terrace with a dj made for a fabulous night.
the hotel added a charge labeled 'accommodation service' without initially clarifying that it was optional, a bit unusual.

the superior room included thoughtful design and luxurious fabrics. the christmas decorations enhanced the nook's calm atmosphere. housekeeping provided standout service (i noticed they were very meticulous).

I found the food and wine list at flute appealing, and everything tasted great. breakfast had high quality options. It was a delicious experience. the atmosphere was great, and our waitress brought a complimentary birthday dessert.

thoughtful turndown room quality attentive staff
The hotel has a very thoughtful turndown service, and everything felt prepared for my return. the room's quality impressed me and every detail was well-considered. i really appreciated the friendly and cute staff. Their attentiveness stood out.
